By downloading or using PentArena, you agree to these terms and to Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Using PentArena

PentArena grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, subject to Apple’s usage rules. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, modify, or use the app in a way that violates applicable law, except where those restrictions are prohibited by law.

In-app purchase

PentArena may offer a one-time purchase that unlocks additional content. Purchases, billing, refunds, and restoration are managed through your Apple account and are subject to Apple’s App Store terms. Available content and pricing are shown in the app before you confirm a purchase.

Game availability and progress

The developer may update, improve, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary. Local progress can be lost if the app is deleted, the device is reset, or local data is otherwise removed. Keep your device and App Store account secure.

Intellectual property

PentArena, including its software, artwork, characters, levels, text, and branding, is owned by the developer or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership to you.

Disclaimer and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PentArena is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. The developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes and contact

These terms may be updated to reflect changes to the app or legal requirements. The effective date above will identify the latest version. For support or questions, visit the PentArena support page.
